dear animals,

once upon a time nearly 4 billion years ago,

earth was devoid of life.

when life did appear, it was first in water.

then higher organisms appeared which gave rise to more complex life.

human existence is purely accidental..in the main we are part of what we call nature.

human numbers put great pressure and stress on the natural environment.

we should not ignore another extremely powerful motivation, the aspiration to increase human welfare and comfort.

we now conserve individual animal in captivity. but

we do not protect your habitats or the ecosystem.

then where will you live when we reintroduce you to the wild? what will you eat if the foodchain has been systematically eroded?

it seems clear that we have been doing to you what we are on the verge of doing to ourselves.

i hope you don't mind me telling you that your strength and craving for an unrestricted existence make you quite anachronistic.

maybe that's why people consider you incompatible with modern times.

i have collected these images for all of us.

your devoted friend.

don't believe everything i say

do you know that when you envy someone, its because you really like that person?

that those appear to be very stong in heart, are real weak and most susceptible?

that those who spend their time protecting others are the ones that really need some one to protect them?

did you know that the three most difficult things to say are : i love you, sorry and help me? the people who say these are actually in need of them or really feel them, and are the ones you really need to treasure, because they have said them.

did you know that people who occupy themselves by keeping others company or helping others are the ones that actually need your company and help?

that those who dress in red are most confident in themselves? and those who dress n yellow are those that enjoy their beauty? that those dress in black are those who want to be unnoticed and need your help and understanding?

did you know that when you help someone, the help is returned in two folds?

did you know that those who need of you are those that dont mention it to you?

its easier to say what you feel in writing than saying it to someone in the face? but did you know that what is most difficult for you to say or do is much more valuable than anything that you can buy with money? that most of the time, the greatest rewards come from doing things that scare you the most?

do you know that fate changes everything? but who knows where life will take you in the meantime? for the road is long and in the end, the journey is the destination.

did you know that if you ask for something in faith, your wishes are granted? that you can make your dreams come true, like falling in love, becoming rich, staying healthy.. if you ask for it by faith, and it you really knew, youd be surprised by what you do.

but dont believe everything i tell you until you try it for yourself, if you know someone that is in need of something that i mentioned, and you know that you can help, you'll see that it will be returned in two-fold.

on the topic of love.........

hey there. everybody sharing the love? :)

did you know that the same areas of the brain are involved when you have a crush on someone and if you're suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder? the name already explains itself. and the reason why you feel sick, love sick that is, is because of the low serotonin level in the brain.

and one would tend to fall in love with someone similar to their parents.

love, as defined by scientists, is just a series of chemical processes in the brain. first the infatuation, triggered by looks and thus triggering the serotonin in the brain. next, dopamine. this makes people high, romantic and feel exhilarated. then once the love birds are no longer so passionate about each other, oxytocin takes effect. this makes people feel attached to each other.

so basically, love has different stages la. first the crush, then romance, then life-long attachment if things work out.

so love at first sight is just a sack of shit. that only happens in typical american movies. yea, that i can live with. reality of life is far from idyllic. but i guess some other things are better left unknown. i wouldnt want to know anything more of those scientific definition of love, what with all the 'chim' terms.

wont it be so sad if we find out one day that Love is just a total series of chemical processes and psychological disorders? and that the reason why we love whom we love is based on primal instinct and not our own choice? we already know some processes involved but by researching and discovering more about the secrets of love, wont that just destroy the magic of it?

Appreciating what you have in your life....

The Difference Between Rich/Poor People?
One day, the father of a very wealthy family took
his son on a trip to the country with the express
purpose of showing him how poor people live.

They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm
of what would be considered a very poor family.

On their return from their trip, the father asked
his son, "How was the trip?"

"It was great, Dad."

"Did you see how poor people live?" the father
asked.

"Oh yeah," said the son.
"So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?"
asked the father.

The son answered:

"I saw that we have one dog and they had four.

We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our
garden and they have a creek that has no end.

We have imported lanterns in our garden and they
have the stars at night.

Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have
the whole horizon.

We have a small piece of land to live on and they
have fields that go beyond our sight.

We have servants who serve us, but they serve
others.

We buy our food, but they grow theirs.
We have walls around our property to protect us,
they have friends to protect them."

The boy's father was speechless.

Then his son added, "Thanks Dad for showing me how
poor we are."

Isn't perspective a wonderful thing? Makes you
wonder what would happen if we all gave thanks for
everything we have, instead of worrying about what
we don't have.

Appreciate every single thing you have, especially
your friends!

Pass this on to friends and acquaintances and help
them refresh their perspective and appreciation.

"Life is too short and friends are too few."

that's what friends are for

just when you think
nothing could get any worst, it did.
and you try to keep your cool.
you try to understand.
but your patience is running on empty.
there is only so much one can take.

pent-up rage is building up inside you.
rage at circumstances.
rage at reality.
rage at oneself.
rage at the world.
we all feel this way sometimes.

you want to let the frustration out.
but you dont want to go down that road.
there's another alternative..
less aggressive.

its almost 4am.
you know he'd be up.
you know he'll make you feel better.
because what you need right now
is a good, random chat about absolutely nothing.

its funny but youre feeling good.
even though it doesnt change reality,
it makes it more endurable
knowing that even during the darkest hour,
there's the moon to help you find your way.
if it hasnt already.

you find yourself thanking him for his time.
it sound absurb but you want him to know.
and he says, no worries no worries.
we all need somebody.

and that's what friends are for.
